Delete your ButlerKart account

This page is for the ButlerKart app published by ButlerKart. You do not need to open the app.

How to ask

1. Fill in the form below, or call us on +91 72919 63147, or write to info@butlerkart.com from the email or number you used with us. Say you want your ButlerKart account deleted.
2. We call the mobile number to check that you are the account owner. If you have a job still to come, we may ask you to cancel it or hand it over first.
3. We delete your account within 30 days and tell you when it is done.

What is deleted

Your mobile number, base location, roles and languages, photo, emergency contact, ratings and notes, and the places you checked in from. We keep your name, the ID number our system gave you, and a record of the jobs you did, so past bookings and pay still add up. We keep a worker's details for as long as they have an account with us. When we delete an account, on request or when a worker leaves, we erase everything except the worker's name and the ID number our system gave them, and the record of the jobs they did stays so that bookings and pay still add up.
